《台灣啓示錄》為我搭的配樂，有很多人寫信來問，記得之前有熱心的網友有幫忙解答，今天收到一封信，是在海外生活的台灣女孩，她說，「想知道這首歌，最近過得不太好，但會努力加油。」

這首歌是「Sleeping Wolf - Demons At The Door」，中文翻譯成心魔，是電影《漸凍人生》（You're Not You）的主題曲，因為要找歌，所以看了預告片，電影的宗旨是「擺脫過去，重新歸零，才能發現真正的自己。」覺得很喜歡，周末再找來看。

人總有不太好的時候，沒關係，跟自己說沒關係，然後練習深呼吸，直至現在我也會有覺得腦袋思緒紊亂的時候，我會練習，深呼吸，讓自己的心情放鬆一點，這是我目前嘗試過CP值最高的方法，不用花錢又很簡單，隨時可以練習。
